Withdrawal of Consent (Dulwich Dolphins photography and videography policy)

• Parental consent can be withdrawn at any time and reasonable steps will be taken to respect the wishes of the parent/guardian

• A photography consent or refusal form is now part of the joining form (for Dulwich Dolphins SC)

• If your child is a present or past member and you do not want to give consent for any photographs of your child to be taken or used on the members only page, please inform the club secretary or welfare officer immediately or tricia@portrayedphotography.co.uk and complete the Dulwich Dolphins consent form for future reference
